Follow these steps to download the Insider Preview:Sign up for Insider Windows program if you have not already done.
See system requirements.
Click one of the links Download
on this page to download a special file called ISO file, which can be used to install the Preview.
Once finished downloading, download the ISO file to the installation media such as a DVD or a thumb drive.
Double-tap or double-click setup.exe in the installation media and follow the steps
indicated.
